About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Instruct students: Teach students from grades 1 to 10 at community centers or shelter homes, adapting lessons to meet the varied needs of individual learners.
2. Coordinate: Regularly coordinate with the project manager to ensure smooth operation and alignment with the organization's goals.
3. Execute sessions: Execute effective sessions that promote both individual and group learning.
4. Work on experiential learning: Facilitate practical sessions using experiential learning methods, such as extempore, presentations, group work, and role-plays.
5. Mentor: Provide personal mentoring to assist students in resolving problems and doubts, fostering a supportive learning environment.
6. Work on post-course evaluations: Administer post-course assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the tuition and the overall learning progress.
7. Engage students: Actively engage with students to ensure they feel supported and motivated to participate.
8. Take part in trainings: Participate in all training sessions organized for tutors to continuously improve teaching skills and methodologies.

Stipend:
INR ₹ 6,000 /month
