Key Responsibilities:
• Lesson Planning and Instruction: Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards; use various instructional strategies and technology to enhance learning; manage a class of 20+ students.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor and assess student progress; provide timely feedback; maintain accurate records of student performance.
• Classroom Management: Establish and enforce classroom rules to foster a productive learning environment.
• Communication and Collaboration: Regularly engage with students, parents, and staff about academic progress; work with colleagues to promote student success.
