About the Role
We are on the lookout for a highly organised and analytical Team Administrator – Clinical to join our Specialist Outpatient Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across eight diverse clinical services, supporting both frontline staff and management.
In this role, you will provide vital administrative and analytical support that keeps our services running smoothly. From managing documents and coordinating meetings to building spreadsheets and streamlining processes, your work will directly support better patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple services
Maintain and analyse spreadsheets, trackers, and data reports
Assist with rostering and workforce planning
Work closely with clinicians and service leads to support operational needs

About you
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong analytical and organisational skills – you love solving problems and keeping things on track
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
Excellent communication and time management
Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm and focused
