Team Coordinator – Retail Design team
Your opportunity
We're hiring a Team Coordinator to join our Retail Design team in Sydney. As a vital member, you'll provide administrative support and work on initiatives to help achieve the delivery goals of the regional team. This role is a great opportunity for someone starting out, offering the flexibility to work 1-2 days from home.
Your role and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Coordinate team meetings, shopfitter meetings, and site walks, managing team calendars and travel arrangements.
Compile reports and presentations for regional teams and managers, negotiating priorities.
Support Regional teams in administering Final Design Approvals and associated communications.
Manage distribution and filing of lease plans and other design & delivery documentation according to guidelines.
Submit Business Unit expenses as per established guidelines.
Manage photo libraries, SOC tracker, and project tracking reports.
Track design delivery and provide status reports to key stakeholders.
Gather contact information and necessary documentation for tenants, tenant designers and shopfitters as required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other relevant software.
Meticulous attention to detail, showcased in compiling reports and presentations for Regional teams.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in coordinating meetings and managing team calendars.
Self-motivated and highly organised, ensuring efficient management of documentation and project tracking.
Strong customer service focus evident in supporting Regional teams and managing Final Design Approvals.
Effective prioritisation skills demonstrated in meeting deadlines and negotiating priorities with Regional teams
