Regulatory Reporting group ensures compliance to various US regulations listed below
• 15c3-3 (Possession or Control/Customer Protection)
• SEC Rule 15c3-1 (Net Capital Exposure)
• FCA CASS rule 6 (Custody Rules)
• FCA CASS rule 7 (Client Money Rules)
• FCA CASS rule 8 (Mandates)
• FCA CASS rule + (Information to Clients)
• FCA CASS rule 10 (CASS Resolution Pack)
Job Description
An Individual Contributor role. Apart from delivery management, the incumbent is expected to understand and manage the technical aspects of the process – suggest enhancements, suggest / implement controls across process and manage risks proactively. Will also be responsible for ensuring targets of the business metrics are met consistently.
Responsibilities
• Map current and proposed sub products AS IS and TO BE state
• Responsible for monitoring e-mail traffic to brokers/trade desks/Application Support and address any escalation
• Working with various stakeholders to understand and resolve queries, escalations and process enhancements
• Creating MIS reports and tracking various KPI’s & KRI’s of the team to improve Critical to Quality data
• Ability to drive processing of high volume requests and meets daily deadlines. Must have a team player perspective & be able to communicate confidently
• Ability to maintain good connect with LOB partners and able to handle Issues and Escalations independently
• To contribute towards consistent delivery on Business metrics along with other new responsibilities and setting higher standards of self and Team performance
• Excellent Communication skills both written & spoken
• Excellent Client Relationship skills
• Analytical thinking & logical reasoning for rational decision making
• To perform all tasks following company policy and procedures, including legal & regulatory requirements, and to prescribed company standards
• Act as a process SME
• Experience in handling the monthly deliverables like Dashboards/Risk Matrix etc.
Requirements
• Education : Graduate & Preferably MBA
• Certifications If Any : NCFM
• Experience Range : 3-4 Years
• Foundational skills: Understanding on Investment Banking, Strong Analytical skills, mathematical skills, verbal and written communication, Basic knowledge of Regulatory Reporting, Trade Life Cycle knowledge.
• Desired skills: Strong knowledge on asset classes, product line, Fixed Income & Equity Products, Hands on understanding knowledge of process controls, Risk in Global Market, Regulations, Hands on MS office
