Job Title: Team Leader – Driver Operations (Delhi NCR)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven, flexible, and experienced Team Leader to head our driver operations in Delhi-NCR. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end driver hiring, onboarding, and management, ensuring seamless service delivery with zero escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of driver recruitment across Delhi-NCR for on-demand bookings.
• Build and manage a reliable and scalable driver pool to meet daily operational demand.
• Lead day-to-day operations single-handedly, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Address driver and customer issues proactively, ensuring no operational escalations.
• Maintain accurate records of driver data, activity logs, performance reports, and compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including customer service and tech for smoother operations.
• Train and mentor drivers on app usage, customer etiquette, and service expectations.
• Implement retention and motivation strategies for drivers to reduce churn.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in driver hiring and operations management (preferably in an on-demand service or mobility company).
• Deep understanding of the Delhi-NCR geography and local driver ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage teams and operations independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving attitude with zero-tolerance for escalations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, hardworking, and flexible with a readiness to work in dynamic startup conditions.
