As an Accounting Team Lead
Key responsibilities & duties:
• Onboarding new client and smooth handover it to team members.
• Taking care of client satisfaction.
• Feedback giving to team members as and when required.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• A proactive, client-focused, and results-oriented approach.
• Should have people management skill.
• Should be able to grow and run team individually.
• Should be able to engage, motivate and develop capability of team members.
• Use of popular software used for Australian Accounting specifically Xero, MYOB, NetSuite and QuickBooks online – preferred.
• Should be able to troubleshoot of client’s query.
• Follow ISO policies and procedure

Important skill sets:
• Technical Accounting skills- Australian KPO experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in managing team is mandatory.
• Prior experience of voice calls with foreign clients is mandatory
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
