TEAM LEAD - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Job profile
• Monitoring Vendor Invoice Processing Payment
• In case of Import Payment, ensure the revelant compliances and coordinate with Treasury
• Ensure that Payments to Vendors are made on due date and accurately without any errors
• Tax Compliance - GST , TDS
• Monitoring Advances, Debits, Retention, BG, Provisional liabilities GL's
• Monitoring Vendor reconciliations and dispute handling
• Inter Company reconciliation and GST closure
• Ensuring Month end/ Year End accounting activities related to AP
• Handling MIS related to AP and exception reports
• Facilitate conduct of Internal audit, statutory audit and its compliance
• Driving Automation projects
• Manage Provide effective leadership to the team
Skills
• Team management
• Sound Knowledge of Accounts payable - Domestic and Import payments
• Sound Knowledge of GST laws, TDS, Withholding tax etc
• Knowledge of Treasury and Banking operations
• Proficiency in SAP and MS office - Adv Excel etc
• Able to work in high pressure environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
