ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Set clear team goals · Delegate tasks and set deadlines · Oversee day-to-day operation. · Monitor team performance and report · Call Audit and Review · Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issue or conflicts · Weekly meeting with team & managers & trainer · Focus on team members’ calls and daily routine. · Floor Management · Break management, Leaves management & Weekoff management · Escalations where required. · Helping to co-ordinate for training, team engagement · Reporting Requirements & Skills · Proven work experience as a Team Leader · Good MS excel skills · Excellent communication skills · Organizational and time management skills · Decision Making Skills Experience: 3 to 4 years preferable in KPO & BPO sectors as TL Please take a note that for the training purpose, you will need to come on below location of our office: • Address: 3rd floor, ESMSYS Pvt Ltd, DDB Mudra Group, Shanti Sadan Society, Ellis bridge, Ahmedabad-380006.
