We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee our healthcare recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the healthcare sector, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This role involves managing a team of recruiters, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring that we meet our clients' staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Team Management:** Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- **Recruitment Strategy:** Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
- **Client Collaboration:** Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and organizations.
- **Candidate Sourcing:** Oversee the sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- **Compliance and Reporting:** Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the recruitment process. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and team performance to senior management.
- **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in healthcare recruitment.
• *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment processes and challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and driving team performance.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
