Our client's industry-recognized proprietary software solution supports paid marketing creation, execution, and analysis across all major digital channels, including Google Search, Social Media (Facebook & Instagram), Display, & Video. We seek a skilled, analytical, organized, and experienced Team Lead Analyst to support our growing client base!

You will be required to support a US based team and work partial US hours (3 PM IST - 11 PM IST). Working from home is permissible for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.
• Provide in-depth and insightful custom reports, Performance Decks to communicate key metrics and findings.
• Developing actionable insights and presenting learning from analysis, including recommendations to the Account Managers.
• Create custom dashboards and auto-scheduled reports to represent the same.
• Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
• Lead and develop a team of Data Analysts and Google Analytics specialists.
• Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality.
• Maintain documentation of features and reporting procedures.
• Perform tag audits Identify opportunities for tagging efficiency and provide solutions.
• Setup and manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager as per business requirements.
Requirements & Skills:
• 3-4 years of experience in a marketing analytics or similar role
• Digital Marketing industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of G Suite, Advanced Excel, Powerpoint; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS).
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experienced with Google Analytics/GA4 and has implemented, configured, and customized the tool
• Has focused on one or more of the following areas: digital analytics, optimization, statistical modeling, consumer insights, and/or marketing analytics. Superb written and spoken communication skills.
• Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficient in English
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field.
