Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.Role And ResponsibilitiesROLE PURPOSE:This position is responsible for GBS Accounts & Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, Audit and ComplianceResponsibilities:Ensuring timely booking of AP invoices and payments thereofReviewing T&E claimsMonthly Billing of services to global customersMaintenance of Fixed Assets register, capitalization/retirement of assets and monthly depreciation runMonth and year end book closing in SAPFinance reporting in HFM & Other MIS reportingEnsure integrity & accuracy in all Financial Accounting and reportingManaging compliance like TDS, GST, Corporate tax, Transfer pricing, etc. in coordination with Consultant.Preparing Inter Company and Inter unit reconciliationsApproving Balance sheet reconciliations in BlacklineHandling internal & external audits (Big 4) and timely audit closures with sign offs and minimum observationsSupporting Financial controller with all Financial and Accounting requirementsOther allied activitiesYour Qualifications And SkillsWork Experience More than 7- 10 years of work experience or degree based in financeIndustry Experience BPO industryEducation B.Com/ M.Com/ M.B.A./ CALicensing/Certification Chartered AccountantFunctional Knowledge Finance & AccountsTechnical Knowledge Knowledge of integrated financial softwareLanguage Fluent EnglishWhat We Offer YouWorking at the world’s only fully integrated aluminum and leading renewable energy companyDiverse, global teamsFlexible work environment/home officeWe provide you the freedom to be creative and to learn from expertsPossibility to grow with the company, gain new certificatesAttractive benefit packagePlease apply by uploading your CV and optionally a cover letter.
