With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Team Lead, HR Reporting and Analytics.

As our Team Lead, HR Reporting and Analytics, you will be at the forefront of advancing our mission and enhancing the internal customer experience by helping shape and maintain our HR data analytics function.
In collaboration with our HR Operations team and internal stakeholders, you will report directly to our Manager, HR Operations, as you gather and analyze HR data from diverse sources, providing valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your role is pivotal in conducting comprehensive data analysis and effectively communicating the findings.
Here's a Closer Look At This Key Role
• Data Gathering and Maintenance: Gather, consolidate, and meticulously maintain HR data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Data Analysis: Utilize your expertise to analyze HR data, identifying trends, patterns, and insights that serve as the foundation for strategic decision-making in areas such as workforce demographics, retention, and employee engagement.
• KPI Development: Develop and monitor key HR performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Reporting: Be the go-to expert for completing ad-hoc HR data requests and generating standard reporting materials for monthly and quarterly meetings, all in a timely and effective manner.
• Insightful Communication: Translate your data findings into clear, concise insights that guide HR and organizational strategies, ensuring that the data-driven approach is understood and embraced across the organization.
• Data Visualization: Harness your skills with data visualization tools, including Workday Advance Reporting, to create user-friendly and interactive HR reports that empower HR users with self-service analytics.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required. 7 - 10 years of proven experience as a reporting analyst, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in HR analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Workday Advanced Reporting.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and best practices Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and HR-related data sources
