Job Description
You will be a part of our HRSS vertical and help us drive process excellence for the employee query management system. Your role will include but not be limited to streamlining the query management process, maximizing efficiencies and eliminating redundancies in the query management system. This would involve overseeing the query management operations, driving cross-functional synergies, coordination for effective and efficient resolution, and building basic performance reports for analysis.
This role will be aligned to our HRSS team which is responsible for providing 1st level employee support. The team acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all day-to-day employee queries & requests which may come up in an employee lifecycle. You will drive the day-to-day operations of existing systems, and also scale the system for advanced functionalities.
What will you do?
• Provide functional and tactical direction planning, execution and overall management of the Query management system
• Own the daily operations of the query management tool by ensuring 100% resolution of queries within defined SLAs, and best practices
• Manage the day to day performance and services of the HRSS (Query management team) ensuring effective and efficient resolution with adherence to processes and procedures, and also monitor performance against agreed SLAs.
• Lead the set up of an integrated query management by driving process improvement and system upgradation using advanced functionalities and system automations
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
• You will need to partner with internal HR teams, , Payroll, Recruiting, and other cross functional teams to resolve employee questions within defined timelines, and strengthen the synergies
• To create, mentor and lead an effective team ensuring operational efficiencies
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• You will need to be well versed with creating dashboards and reportings to leadership with key metrics statistics and KPI involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders-utilizing MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, or other data analytics/visualization tools
• You will be working closely with HR People Operations to effectively deliver on the requirements
What do you need?
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of relevant hands-on exposure in managing/creating processes in HR functions
• Cross-functional working with various COEs/teams within the HR function namely Payroll, Benefits & Rewards, HR Operations, and HRBP
• Project Management and Team Management Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage Employee Queries
• MS Excel, Dashboarding & Reporting, Analytics, Communication
