Position: Team Leader ( Experience in International BPO - Voice Process) -WFO
Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
. Candidates should have experience of Team Handling/Sales/KPIs.
· Ability to perform multi tasks and adjust quickly in short time frames.
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels.
· Give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency.
· Knowledge of operational process, logical thinking, reporting and analysis.
· Provide feedback, training sessions and other team development exercise.
· Making daily & monthly reports maintain the SLAs of team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Candidate must be comfortable working in night shifts and working from office.
• Looking for a candidate from an international background only.
• Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, Sales experience and influencing skills.
• Must be analytical and detail oriented.
