Title: Team Lead ( Technical Recruitment - US Staffing)
Location: Bangalore .

(AGS) is a leading global IT services company, specialized in delivering enterprise software solutions, IT consulting & outsourcing
Mandatory Skills:
Must have strong 5+ year of end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing experience is required.
Must have experience of recruiting Senior Technical roles e.g. Architects, Tech Leads, etc
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
Excellent English verbal / written communication .
Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (Monster, LinkedIn,etc.)
Experience in Handling Team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work alongside our Client Account Manager to understand new requirements
Proactively develop Job Specs for various roles and post out to various job boards
Actively target suitable candidates on various Positions
