Conduct HR round interview.
Handle team of recruiters.
Ensuring the team is achieving their daily/ weekly/monthly targets
Assist team members to achieve their target.
Assist in MIS preparation whenever required
Monitor next action date of assigned team members with regard to the follow ups
Monitor ATS is properly updated by team members on regular basis

Assigning profiles to the team members
Submitting KROs of team members
Develop team members for the next level in our company.
Vendor Management.
Experience:
Prior experience of working with Recruitment Agencies.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
Team Handling experience is mandate
Knowledge:
Good English Communication skills Verbal and written
Analytical & Logical thoughts process
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Should be able to communicate with candidates through email & call.
Interpersonal Skills.
