Job Description
Drives accurate and timely (agreed SLAs) handing of HR requests, efficient work allocation, drives effective workforce management (cross-training, backlog management and mitigation) and drives appropriate people management activities (working time planning, holiday planning, recruiting, motivation, development)
Conduct phone screens, behavior-based interviewing techniques, instruct hiring managers and business leaders on these techniques, create interview guides, and scorecards, coordinate interview debriefs and provide a consultative value
Working closely with teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profile
Developing and executing unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to generate diverse candidate pools
Performing administrative tasks as needed such as interview scheduling, travel coordination
Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various internal and client goals.
Be creative in finding the right recruitment channels to utilize for the organization, while ensuring a balanced approach in costs and effectiveness
