The Opportunity
In your new role as New Employer Team Leader (ACT Region), you will guide and develop a high-performing team of successful Rehabilitation Consultants, providing mentoring and support by:
Regular team meetings to create an open discussion forum
Regular one-on-one catch-ups with team members, discussing day-to-day topics as well as short-term and long-term goal setting
Regular file reviews; collaborating with team members on effective strategies
Exploring psych topics with your team to encourage collaboration
Facilitating regular continuous learning initiatives for your team
Reviewing productivity and motivating team to reach targets
Effectively managing any escalations
Ensuring senior management messages are communicated to your team effectively
About You
We're looking for a Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor with:
Full registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or RCAA
Solid experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant managing psychological injuries
Either experience in a Team Leader type role or currently a Rehabilitation Consultant with a strong desire to step up to a Team Leader
A car and valid Driver's license
A police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
