Night Team Leader (Barista Maestro) Manchester Airport T2 -
40 hours per week -permanent. Free parking on site, DBS required

Starting pay £13.93 – 14.93 per hour, rising with training to £14.43-15.43 for hours worked between 11pm – 5am. All other hours worked will be a starting pay rate if £12.93-13.93, rising to £13.43-14.43 (dependant store location)

What you’ll do
Being a Night Team Leader means so much more than leading (even though that’s still important). It’s your chance to step up to the plate - which means you’ll be:
Creating smooth shifts even in busy periods
Training and accrediting new Baristas
Stirring up success for yourself and your team
Crafting new recipes to energise your team
Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
Leading a small night team of yourself and one other.
