Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. located in Mumbai-Andheri east
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees for Renewal Retention department
ensuring efficient operations, coordinating daily tasks and activities, and providing guidance and support to team members.
The Team Leader will also collaborate with other departments, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Experience in insurance or related industry
• Knowledge of insurance policies and processes
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
