Job Description
Ensure that all invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner and there should not be any pendency during month end. Verify that all invoices should have the proper supporting and approvals prior to processing. Reconcile vendor/suppliers statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner and resolve their queries.
Also, chase the suppliers in case of any missing invoices.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors/suppliers and internal customers Process the payments to suppliers as per agreed terms and inform them in case there is any change.
Manage and maintain proper Vendor master with their updated details.
Train and mentor new team members.
Assist with special projects as needed
Work towards the automation of manual activities which should help in increasing efficiency in process.
