You will also be involved in training and development, performance management, and promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications

• Experience in the BPO industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Knowledge of BPO processes and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
