Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of developers and technical consultants.
• Design and implement enterprise solutions using:
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power AI)
• SharePoint Online / On-Prem
• SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
• Oversee end-to-end solution architecture and deployment.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in governance, security, and DevOps.
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Manage sprint planning, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Mentor team members and support technical upskilling.
Required Skills
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate
• Power AI
• SharePoint (Online/On-Prem)
• SPFx
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in enterprise-level digital transformation projects.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure (preferred).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
