Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Digital Platform to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise digital solutions using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Power Platform and SharePoint, along with proven team management experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of developers and technical consultants.
• Design and implement enterprise solutions using:
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power AI)
• SharePoint Online / On-Prem
• SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
• Oversee end-to-end solution architecture and deployment.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in governance, security, and DevOps.
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Manage sprint planning, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Mentor team members and support technical upskilling.
Required Skills
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate
• Power AI
• SharePoint (Online/On-Prem)
• SPFx
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in enterprise-level digital transformation projects.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure (preferred).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
