Overall experiences 8 years and 3 years of Team leader-BHR on paper from BPO/KPO
Direct and monitor the processing and entry of employee source data and documentation into the human resources information system and the manual personnel files.
Access Card & Bio Matric - Life Cycle Management.
Develop and implement policies and systems to ensure the highest standard of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in personnel records management.
Taking care of Attendance, Variable Pay and PMS activities, Employee benefits, Official letters & Queries.
Attrition analysis
Ensuring smooth exit of an employee
Reports, Audits & Compliances:
Responsible for managing internal reports related with ELCM & Employee Engagement activities
Insuring proper database of reports are maintained
Manage & facing internal & external audits
Adhering to QMS & ISMS compliances
Corporate Initiatives:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day services and operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations and standards of practice.
EducationGraduate + Post Graduate in Human Resource Management
Shift timings: 12:00 am to 10:00 Am (Pick up)
Salary Range8LPA to 10 LPA
