Job Description:
Watch Your Health is seeking an experienced and energetic Team Leader – HR Recruiter Team to lead our in-house recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring timely and quality hiring across business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring targets and timelines are met.
End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Talent Strategy: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Process Improvement: Enhance recruitment processes, tools, and reporting systems to increase efficiency.
Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that build Watch Your Health's brand as an employer of choice.
Performance Monitoring: Track team KPIs, hiring metrics, and generate regular dashboards for leadership.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams and external recruitment partners/agencies when needed.
Requirements:
Graduate or MBA with 3–6 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in fast-paced or healthcare/tech environments.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a recruitment team.
Strong sourcing skills across job portals, social media, and referral networks.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ATS tools and HR analytics preferred.
