About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our dynamic Community Services Team. You will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers to deliver superior quality in-home care to CHSP and Package care clients. The position is full-time and is based at our Moubray Street Melbourne office, with work from home options available.


Key responsibilities:

Lead a team of support workers to deliver high quality community card
Recruitment, orientation and ongoing supervision of support workers
Liaising with clients, families, care staff and external providers
Oversee day-to-day operations including program reporting and KPI achievement
Promoting Royal Freemasons as a provider of choice
Key Requirements:

Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
Experience managing community aged care programs and relevant qualification/certificate
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly developed computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Highly organised and attentive to detail

Salary Packaging - as a Not-for-Profit organisation we provide the ability for our staff to salary package up to $15,900 per annum of your salary plus relevant salary packaging fees which significantly increases the take home value of your remuneration package. Additionally, you can salary package meals, entertainment and facility hire expenses including holiday accommodation up to a maximum of $2,650 per annum.

It is a mandatory requirement when working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Clearance to undertake the inherent requirements of this role.
