We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and self-motivated Team Leader to join the Medical Imaging Department at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital. As a member of our team, you will be given opportunities to grow and develop your Management and Administrative skills. You will work together with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to achieve a common goal of delivering high quality patient centred care.
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time until 28 June 2026 (with the possibility of ongoing employment)
Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 4
Remuneration: $1440.76 - $1473.74 per week
Hours Per Week: 38

What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer will manage the provision of accurate, timely and efficient high level administrative and customer support to the department to support the achievement of the departments set goals.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Excellent communication skills and well developed customer service skills.
Demonstrated experience, knowledge or exposure of patient admission processes and/or financial classifications processes within Public Hospital system, similar organisation, or workplace.
Proven experience in problem solving, showing initiative when deadlines are involved and the ability to integrate information multiple sources.
