JOB SUMMARY:
We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hard-working individual as a sales team leader in our company. The sales team leader, the glue that holds the sales together, provides the training and motivation to the team to reach sales goals. The work environment is typically fast paced, and the team leader is often moving from one task to another, answering questions, holding meetings, delegating responsibilities, and acting as a voice of encouragement.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Training new staff members on company policies and procedures as needed.
• Providing regular feedback to each member of the sales team regarding their performance.
• Train team members on effective sales techniques and methods for increasing revenue.
• Development of strategies to improve sales performance.
• Providing feedback to management regarding potential hires.
• Meeting with clients to identify their needs and provide recommendation about the products and services that meet their needs.
• Coordinating with marketing teams to promote new products or services to existing clients.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Proven work experience as a team leader.
• In depth knowledge of performance metrics.
• Good PC skills, especially in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Decision-making skills.
• Perfect knowledge of sales tools.
• Known sales technique.
JOB DETAILS:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Work experience as a sales team leader, sales manager or a similar role in the sales department.
• Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
