Title: Team Leader - State Clients (US Staffing)
Location: Dehradun
Type: Full-time
Description:
What will you be doing day to day?
• Manage the entire Recruitment Life-cycle along with the team
• Continuously evolve innovative strategies for improving sourcing and consequently, the quality and volume of hires sourced.
• Manage the entire Recruitment Life-cycle along with the team
• Lead the team to build an exemplary candidate database and an engaging candidate experience.
• Manage a team of 5+ recruiters
• Lead, train and monitor the performance of team members to ensure efficiency.
• Develop creative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Be the talent expert and think outside the box to produce creative ways to engage exceptional talent
• Flexibility to work in US EST and CST Time Zones (Depending on Job Locations)
Your Experience:
• Proven track record in working with state Accounts or Direct clients with good order fulfillment history
• Experience in team engagement and management
• Minimum 4 years in US Recruitment of which recent 1 should be as an Lead or Mentor
• Graduate or Masters Education Background is Big Plus
Your Skills:
• Must be an effective communicator with excellent communication and grammar skills
• Must understand the BGV challenges and how to handle BGV Failures
• Must have good knowledge of how scorecards and recruitment metrics work
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• You enjoy reading and learning new technology
