The Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and hands-on Team Leaders to support and guide our teams in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, supporting team development, and contributing to the delivery of fresh, high-quality produce to Australian families.
We're looking for proactive leaders with strong communication skills, a focus on safety, and a passion for continuous improvement within a production setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the team to ensure customer orders are packed accurately and on time
Set up packing lines and manage staff allocation to maximise productivity
Monitor and maintain quality standards across all packing activities
Complete and maintain daily production documentation
Supervise, mentor, and train team members to build a high-performing production team
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and WHS requirements
Monitor production equipment and overall line efficiency
What we are looking for
Experience working in a production or food processing environment (Desirable but not essential)
Proven people management and team leadership experience
Hands-on experience with packing lines and related equipment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to make timely, effective decisions
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
Ability to mentor and train staff in a fast-paced setting
A proactive approach to safety, quality, and efficiency
