We're Hiring Team lead/Sr.

The brand features the latest trends in kid's fashion on its store online and has served over 30 lac parents across 1,300 Indian cities.
Job Location:
Mumbai Key Responsibilities:
➢ Own customs compliance process, co-ordinate with CHAs and customs officials ➢ Own supply chain metrics, processes and cost ➢ Lead initiatives for reduction in inbound timeline, supply chain costs. ➢ Lead a team of 4-5 executives for tracking of shipments and costs ➢ Review warehouse and freight forwarders performance; negotiate rates with forwarders. ➢ Re-conciliation of billing & follow up for payments. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
KPIs:
➢ Knowledge of import, shipping and customs clearing and duty terms. ➢ Experience in managing/working with CHAs and freight forwarders preferred. ➢ Experience in managing and reporting costs and metrics ➢Minimum 3+ years' of work experience. ➢ Knowledge of Microsoft excel. SQL is a mandatory. ➢ Candidates with first mile experience in an e-commerce/FMCG setup preferred Regards SSV HR Services
