Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience as a people manager- AM/Team lead/ DM
Transition/onboarding of service
Onshore travel experience
Insurance certifications/designation
Shrinkage Management
Attrition management experience
Minimum Required Degree: Bachelor’s degree
Should be on paper Assistant Manager and should have team handling experience of 1.8 Years+ to 3-7 yrs
Shifts are rotational Morning, Afternoon, and night shifts
