About the Role
As a Team Member, you’ll be focused on ensuring high levels of client satisfaction as you hit your service levels targets through service delivery excellence. Your positive "can-do" attitude reliability and excellent eye for detail will stand you in good stead as you manage a variety of documents and processes for blue chip and government clients.
Main Duties include;
Digital Print
Production of high-quality presentation documents, brochures, flyers, booklets, training manuals, newsletters, cards, name badges, posters and banners
Operate Canon ImagePress V800 production printer, guillotine, laminator, comb and wire bind documents, operate franking machine
Australia Post e-lodgement
Mail Room
Receive incoming mail and packages, log details, notify recipients, distribute mail
Electronically lodge mail, pack outgoing packages and book couriers
Scan mail and documents for electronic distribution
Assist with secure document collection and destruction
Stationary hubs
Re-order stock items and adhoc stationary requests
Receive orders and distribute to hubs
Daily check for tidiness and stock levels
Monitor onsite MFD and printer fleet – replenish paper, ink and toner
Log support calls
