To deliver at an excellent service standard the operational processes across Employee Life Cycle Management and Delivery Services within HR Shared Services
Job Objective
Roles and Responsibilities
Operational Responsibility
Consult Tower Lead and refer process management documents (SOPs) as needed to ensure
compliance.
Capturing & processing of New joiner’s details in system (i.e. ORACLE Fusion)
To maintain employee master data in system. Processing of employee related transactions in
system
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Addressing queries related to Employee life Cycle Management (Hiring to Exit)
Preparation of HR MIS & coordinating for HR Audit,
Coordinating with Insurance department for employee’s medical claim
Coordination with BU HR for ELCM & Master data management
Assures accurate (as per quality standards), timely administration (as per SLA) and service delivery
as per SOW).
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
KRAs with Outcomes ( Jobs which brings value to the organisation)
Systems
1 Maintain & Create OM Module in SAP & Oracle
Provide quality deliverable of HR
services to internal customers.
Records
2 Maintain & Update Employee master through centralized
service delivery module.
