Process Overview
Accelerated Image Capture (AIC) is the new imaging software provided by Kofax. Exceptions generated by AIC will image incoming remittances in order to create a virtual environment where all documents and transactions are classified, assigned to the correct Lockbox, and negotiated systematically before importing the work into RIDS and processed based on the Wholesale Lockbox Client’s instructions.
Automated Image Capture Exception processing involves decision making on accepting or rejecting transactions as per the SOP outlined, based on the exception functionality of the images received (Envelop, Check, Supplemental, and Invoices) for all type of accounts except for Contractual Domestic accounts. The images will then be presented to the LBX downstream process for (supplemental and check keying) in the form of work files pertaining to a particular Lockbox Client.
Exception queue processing involves processing in multiple queues. (Document Review Credit Card Validation, Boundary review, Envelop Review, Healthcare Review, Payee verification, Check Negotiation, External Action Review and Verification Review)

• Ensure to meet the metrics laid down by the process
• Identify potential areas for process improvement and share it with TL/AM
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
