Responsibilities
• To establish a single point of contact
• Customer mapping
• Develop customer relationship across departments at all levels
• To address open issues of customers
• Lead NPD from inquiry to PPAP
• Respond CQC-2-2-2-2
• To lead Concept Design
• Interact with customer and understand pain areas /the need
• Make 2-3 design options as solution
Knowledge
• Hydraulic applications
• Basic Filtration theory
• FFPL Product knowledge
• Current Share of Business of a customer and current competitors
• Key contact list
• Generic issues of customers related to each department - delivery, quality, PPAP, VAVE, specific to Hydraulics
• CCPM & Active 1,2,3,4 packets
• CQC 2-2-2-2 methodology,8D - format and each step
• Customer specific to Hydraulic applications.
• Technical Product Specification. (TDIF)
