Job Title: Team Member – Ice Cream Parlor
Location: Greater Kailash
Department: Operations
Reporting To: Store Manager / Shift Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving ice cream products, maintaining store hygiene, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the parlor. The role requires a friendly attitude, good communication skills, and adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selection
Ensure a delightful customer experience at all times
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
2. Product Preparation & Service
Scoop and serve ice cream, gelato, sundaes, shakes, and other desserts
Maintain product quality, portion control, and presentation standards
Follow SOPs for food handling and preparation
3. Store Operations
Operate POS system for billing and payments
Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, and seating areas
Ensure proper opening and closing of the store as per checklist
4. Inventory & Hygiene
Monitor stock levels and report shortages
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method for stock usage
Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards
5. Team Coordination
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Support during peak hours and ensure smooth service flow
Key Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
Prior experience in QSR, café, or retail is preferred (freshers can apply)
Good English communication skills (mandatory)
Customer-focused attitude and presentable personality
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
