Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Team Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, possess strong food handling skills, and be comfortable working in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary and retail experience while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Prior experience in food preparation, POS systems such as Aloha or Micros, and restaurant operations is highly desirable.

Duties
Prepare and serve food items & coffee drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Operate POS systems (Toast)
Assist customers with ordering, upselling menu items, and providing exceptional customer service
Handle food safely by following sanitation and food safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations through bussing and sanitation tasks
Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Support team members in food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations
Uphold health and safety standards by adhering to sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or kitchen operations is advantageous
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
