Job Description
Job role:
• Monitoring & Controlling the entire HR Budget on a monthly basis including the annual budget exercise.
• Generation of monthly evaluation of actual v/s budget comparison for the HR department. Report preparation including deviations, additional budgets, approvals, etc.
• Review and follow-up with internal teams for their expenses. Monitoring expenditure within approved budget and providing related MIS to the HR Mancom.
• Coordination with cross-functional teams to analyze expenses levied on HR department.
• Management of Vendor payments. Processing invoices in coordination with HR team and Accounts team.
• Coordination with A/c team for Budget / Provisioning / actual payment related matters.
Job requirements:
SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE - To be considered for this role, candidate must have:
• 4-7 years experience in accounting along with experience in handling budget exercise.
• Graduate from any discipline (Commerce, Science, etc.)
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Advanced level) is a must
• Analytical skills to interpret excel and numbers
• Good PowerPoint skill
• Good communication skills
