About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Member to join our Broadbeach location. This is a unique opportunity for someone ready to take on more responsibility and lead a team. Whether you have experience in hospitality, retail, or another industry, we value your drive and leadership potential. This role requires availability for evening and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and motivating the team during busy shifts to ensure high standards
Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
Preparing fresh, high-quality Mexican food according to Zambrero recipes
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised restaurant environment
Assisting with food prep and ensuring efficient workflow on the line
Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team coordination
Requirements
Must be available to work across weekdays, evenings and weekends
Previous experience in any industry is highly regarded
Leadership experience is preferred, but a strong desire to lead and grow is essential
Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
