Vertical:- Saral Loans-Marketing Branches Operations
He will be Team Sales Manager of Kolkata, Howrah and adjoin area.
Out of existing 6 sales executives in Kolkata location 4 will report to him.
He will report to me w.r.t. daily sales activity, business promotion.
He will set business strategy for his team to add new channel partners and customers.
His productivity will depend on the performance of his team only.
Beside main product viz. refinance he will be accountable for cross sale like KTS, KGI, GPA etc.
