Full-time role 1 FTE (40 hours per week)
Based within Waitematā sites (the role will be moving across sites depending on where the need is)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled administrator to provide clinical administration support for our teams working with Mental health services for older adults. This is a busy role with a range of tasks including; appointment bookings, transcription typing, and other general administration tasks. This role will provide relief administration cover across the teams within the portfolio.
About You
The successful applicant will be highly organised, and have the ability to work within a team, as well as independently. They will be culturally aware and be able to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
We are looking for an outstanding individual with the following:
3 years in an admin position, preferably within the health service sector
Experience in public health bookings
Customer service experience
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Full NZ’s Driver’s License
There will be a requirement to work at other sites as required.
