Source CVs through multiple channels including Job Portals, Social Media, Local Groups partnering, campus, consultants or internal
Do the preliminary screening of CVs
Conduct telephonic round of interview to gauge interest and check fit
Line up candidate for interviews
Coordinate internally with hiring managers for scheduling
Prepare offer letters for approval
Coordinate with candidates for document submission
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
Coordinate with vendors for bills and verify them
Keep a track of active vacancies, offers rolled out and candidates to join
