** Job Title** Tech & Digital Operations Associate

• *Type:** Full-time | Monday–Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

### About the Role
Do you love technology, building things online, and making systems work smarter? This role is for someone who wants to be the tech backbone of a growing coaching and learning business. You’ll own our website, LMS, CRM, and digital analytics, and work directly with the founder to turn ideas into live digital experiences.
### What You’ll Own
- Managing and updating our website (functionality, performance, basic UI/UX changes).
- Owning our CRM: data accuracy, automation, basic workflows, and reports.
- Creating and uploading courses on our LMS, structuring modules, tests, and learning paths.
- Tracking and reporting performance of social media and website (traffic, leads, engagement).
- Coordinating with external tech/design vendors when needed.
- Identifying opportunities to automate manual work using tools and AI.
### You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
- Are **tech-savvy** and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
- Have hands-on experience with website management, basic CMS/LMS tools, or CRMs.
- Are fluent in English, with clear written and verbal communication.
- Have an enterprising, entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy taking ownership.
- Are self-driven, proactive, and don’t need hand-holding.
- Are preferably based in Mumbai, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
