Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of .NET developers through the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing .NET applications.
• Conduct code reviews, set up coding standards, and guide team on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and Product.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and manage sprints efficiently.
• Provide technical inputs and estimates during project planning phases.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Strong experience with Web APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
• Proficient in front-end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS.
• Familiarity with Angular/React is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and team management skills.
