Key Responsibilities
• Lead tech hiring: Source, screen, interview, and onboard top tech talent.
• Develop hiring strategies: Identify and attract skilled software engineers.
• University relations: Build partnerships for hiring fresh graduates and interns.
• HR operations: Support policies, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Stakeholder communication: Work closely with leadership to align hiring with business goals.
• Negotiation & Offer Management: Handle compensation discussions effectively.
