Job Title: Tech Recruiter and Performance Manager ( HR )
Location: On-site, Hyderabad
Job Description:
As our in-house Recruiter and Performance Manager, you will ensure that our company's vision, strategy and values are delivered within the organisation. You will also be responsible for recruitment, development and retention of staff.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years experience in performance management or as a Human Resources professional.
• Prior Technical Recruiting experience.
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to see the commercial implications of actual and planned activities, adding value to leadership decisions.
• Ability to take the required initiative to improve the team's performance and hold them accountable for their deliverables.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful performance management programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Recruit high-calibre candidates into the business via internal and external recruitment methods working alongside department managers for recruitment needs.
• Understand the company's key performance indicators (KPIs) and how to track and improve them.
• Set KPIs for the team and hold them accountable to deliver the same.
• Communicate with the team regularly to ensure that everyone is aware of the company and departmental objectives and their role in achieving them.
• Set clear expectations for the team and hold individuals accountable for their performance.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees regularly to help improve their performance.
• Conduct performance reviews for the team on a regular basis and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify training and development needs for the team and arrange for appropriate training to be provided.
• Assist in the development of succession plans for critical positions on the team.
