Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather detailed requirements and create comprehensive system specifications.
• Translate business needs into technical system specifications.
• Document dependencies and influences of new system requirements.
• Create and maintain structured system documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Produce release notes and roadmaps.
• Cultivate strong relationships with program stakeholders and ensure transparent communication.
• Support the entire development lifecycle and review QA test cases.
• Provide expertise in change management processes and systems.
• Identify and discuss new contact center trends with the business.
• Define the technical architecture vision and high-level design decisions.
• Develop application designs consistent with SOA principles.
• Identify modules and services to fulfill solution architecture.
• Communicate architectural decisions and implications to stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience:
• Technical degree in Telecommunications Technology or similar field.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in a similar domain.
• Experience with UCCE is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Cloud environments is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in contact center systems analysis.
• Exposure to VoIP, Networks architecture, or complex IT development.
• Experience in global, multicultural team environments.
• Understanding of Contact Center ECO systems and dependencies (e.g., CRM tools, Reporting Applications
