Job description
Work together with technical teams to finalize business requirements and define new product features. Understand the business requirements and design specification for a software application/system and implement them. Work with project managers, business owners, analyst teams and clients building application prototypes to validate system requirements. Prepare Business Requirement documents, Design documents, Architect level data models, Process documents. Analyze and suggest optimizations to their existing product architecture with respect to security, cost, and performance. Conduct periodic meetings with different teams to discuss progress and roadblocks of the engagement.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in mapping, reviewing, and analyzing product system and functional requirements.
Support ongoing product upgrades and maintenance.
Plan, coordinate and execute the projects on timely manner with quality work.
Enhancement of new requirements and customization of the products.
Assist in managing document business processes, customer scenarios and overall product configuration requirement.
Process design for the business scenarios and document them for future reference
Implementation of short-term solution to handle blocking defects and help with patch software release.
Design the product subsystems with system requirements as per requirements.
Drive the system enabled product development in compliance with software Engineering and security standards.
Deal will major technical complexities in multiple teams and provide guidance and relevant technical insights to the customers and internal stakeholders.
Coaching team leads/members in improving productivity/quality of deliverables; Actively reviewing artefacts, conducting internal training sessions (identification of training needs is a joint responsibility with the PM); Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of software applications design and development innovation and excellence.
Strong experience writing TDD driven development.
Understand and own large and complex product architecture and contribute to taking the product to next level by right design decisions.
Strangulation Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to gradually replace legacy monolithic components with new microservices, ensuring a smooth and controlled transition.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities / Education
• 15+ years of strong technology experience on .Net tech Stack with minimum 5 years of relevant solution architect work experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Efficient communication skills
• Good knowledge of various product development.
• Proven experience working with complex monolithic applications and converting them into microservice-based systems.
• In-depth understanding of .Net tech stack
• Proven experience in assessing and designing complex enterprise solutions
• Resolve technical problems as they arise
• Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented
• Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have
• Ability to work on cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Microsoft certified Azure Solution Architect Expert - Preferred
